Q. How much can I borrow?

A. Any amount from £5,000 to £100,000 depending on your income, the value of your house and the size of your mortgage.

Q. How long can I have to repay the loan?

A. Any period from 36 months to 300 months. You choose the repayment term to suit your circumstances and your budget.

Q. Can I pay off my loans and credit cards?

A. Yes, you most certainly can! This is one of the most popular uses of our loans. Many people have made themselves hundreds of pounds a month better off by paying of all existing credit with an all in one consolidation loan.

Q. Do they offer sickness, accident & redundancy insurance?

A. Yes. For a small extra payment you can make certain that your repayments will continue to be made in the event of sickness, accident or redundancy, giving you complete peace of mind. Cover is available for just the main earner or both customers.

Q. What can I use the loan for?

A. Any purpose you like! There are no restrictions on how you use your loan.

Q. Can I settle the loan early?

A. Yes, the loan can be repaid in full at any time. The balance outstanding will be calculated and a rebate of interest will be given in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act. We will send a booklet that explains the settlement terms with your credit agreement.

Q. Can I borrow more money in the future?

A. Yes! We shall be pleased to consider a further advance or a new loan at any time. You do not need to wait until the first loan has been repaid.

Q. What interest rate will I be charged?

A. This depends on your credit status, income, employment, available equity and other related factors. At least 67% of our customers qualify for our typical rate of 13.5% apr or lower.
